Fiona

Meet Fiona

Exams, results, university and job choices can all come at once — and it can feel like everything needs to be figured out straight away. It’s a lot to navigate.

With years of experience working with young people, Fiona understands that this stage can be both exciting and overwhelming, especially when facing decisions around GCSEs, A Levels and next steps.

Through coaching, she provides a space to pause, think things through, and explore what feels right for the individual — rather than what others might expect.

Together, she supports young people to:

  • Build confidence

  • Explore different options (university, work, or a combination of both)

  • Understand their strengths

  • Take clear, positive next steps

Her approach is supportive and practical, creating a space free from judgement or pressure — helping young people move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Brian

 Meet Brian

Things can feel uncertain at this stage — exams finishing, results coming up, and decisions about what comes next starting to feel more real.

Brian has spent over 10 years working alongside young people, supporting them through exactly this kind of uncertainty. He knows that not everyone has a clear plan straight away — and that’s completely fine.

His style is informal and easy-going. Conversations aren’t rushed or over-structured — they’re about giving you the space to talk things through, explore different ideas, and start making sense of your options.

You might be:

  • Weighing up different paths

  • Unsure what direction suits you best

  • Or just needing a sounding board to work things out

Brian helps you slow things down, get clearer on what matters to you, and begin shaping realistic next steps that feel manageable.

There’s no expectation that you need all the answers.
